        Firstly we would like to thank you for purchasing our premium sneaker cleaning kit and taking a step forward in sustainability. Our goal at Aether Care is lesson wastage and for us to achieve this goal we have created a refill system for you to return the bottle and packaging for us to refill and send back. So here are the steps for you to refill at a discounted price!

      • How It Works

        1. Order a refill.
        2. Once you made your refill order, we send you an email with a return-to-sender packing label.
        3. Inside your kit, you will find a biodegradable mailing bag. Package your empty tin and bottle into the bag and tape the return to sender packing label on the front. 
        4. Drop off the package at your nearest sendle location https://try.sendle.com/en-au/returns#drop-off-location. ** Please note do not drop off your parcel to a post box as your parcel will be lost forever. **
        5. We will refill it and send it back to you in 2 weeks.

      • Packing Instructions

        Step 1: Repackage the empty bottle using the supplied bottle holder. Alternatively, wrap the empty bottle with a microfibre cloth to prevent breakage.

        Alternatively, wrap your bottle with your microfibre cloth if the bottle holder is lost or damaged.

        Step 2: Ensure the lid is secure and place it into a biodegradable mailbag.

        Step 3: Print and securely tape the mailing slip to the front of the package.
